Shipping & Returns
NOTE: For Free Two-Day Local Delivery within the GTA region, checkout cart totals should equal a minimum total purchase of $49.99. Free shipping will automatically be triggered to appear as an option to be selected.
Shipping Methods:
- Canada Post Regular Ground Shipping
- Canada Post/UPS Express/Expedited Shipping
Shipping Fees:
- Canada-wide Flat Rate Shipping: $15
- USA-wide Flat Rate Shipping: $17
Processing:
Orders are processed Monday to Friday only. All orders are shipped within 48 hours from the order date. Any orders placed on the weekend or on official Canadian holidays are processed on the next business day.
Please provide accurate shipping information to prevent delays. For any errors in shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible for correction.
Tracking:
Tracking numbers are provided via E-mail upon completion of the order.
Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, purchases made through the L'ACCOUTRÉ Site are valid for exchange or refund within 14 days from the date on the invoice slip. Returns of any merchandise purchased online can be returned via mail. No exceptions will be applied. *Note: merchandise marked FINAL SALE are not qualified for returns. All undergarments (brassieres and underwear), and swimwear (excluding the bikini top) are considered to be final sale.
All returned or exchanged merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged with all the attached tags. Return shipping is not covered. We recommend a shipment tracking service or shipping insurance as L'ACCOUTRÉ is not responsible for any lost items. All return packages must include the Packing Slip and any accompanying documents (if applicable). Returns will be made in the same method of payment.
L'ACCOUTRÉ is not responsible for any lost items (for the purpose of a return or exchange) in the mail. Please contact us regarding any Returns in order for us to provide you with the Return shipping address information.
Cancellations:
No charge will be applied to shipments immediately cancelled after the order is placed, applicable if the order has not been processed or shipped. Please contact us immediately with the full name, billing address, and order number so that we can cancel your order. A cancellation fee of $10 will be charged if the order has been packed and paid for. Any cancellations after an order has been processed and shipped cannot be fulfilled.
